Avia-Guru is an aviation human factors training platform developed by TAC Nepal. Our mission is to strengthen safety culture and reduce human error in aviation maintenance through evidence-based, interactive learning experiences.
Our curriculum is built around real-world case studies, regulatory frameworks, and proven human factors methodologies including Threat and Error Management (TEM), Crew Resource Management (CRM), and the SHELL model.
Led by Ghanshyam Acharya, Human Factor Instructor, our team brings decades of combined experience in aviation maintenance, training, and safety management.
